Lesson Learned:

Throughout this process I have acquired new skills that would help me strengthen my self-regulation skills, however the most important skill that I have acquired is the ability to monitor my learning through the act of reflection; the more opportunities I give myself to reflect, the stronger the feedback loop.

I found that the most important part of this inquiry process were the opportunities I was given to speak to my peers about the process of my journey. This opportunity enabled us to create a feedback loop where we were able to centre in on our goal, listen to how others are approaching their end distal goals, and the steps that they are taking on their journey. This lead me to answer the questions listed above in the chart, resulting in spending more time in the learning zone as opposed to solely in the performance zone.
